Nice Kitty...........

Cougar is as cougar does, hence me swathed in animal prints every 15 minutes. Dig it! Actually, think this more of a cheetah print. But I qualify as a "cougar" or maybe I'm too old ! Whatever.....
Uncanny resemblance of facial expression though.........

Fierce roomy top with surging stitching down the sleeves, that or maybe I have this thing on inside out. Unequivocally possible.

Hey, what's a train wreck without accessories?

Leggings from some teenager store at the mall, pulled the old grandmother card.

Calder-esque beauty by Cynthia Cook. She should do more jewelry. Love the primitive nature.
Pitch perfect for a primate like me. Dig it!

Like'a Little Prayer

This ensemble kind of screams,"Gimme that old time religion". Not one to shrink from overdosing on a theme. Today it's pretty evident it's religion. Ironic, really........

Coral multi strand Wanda Lobito necklace replete with sterling milagros.

Scooped necked jersey cropped top with guess what? Crosses! Wheeeeee!

Whole look. Hallelujah, right?

From Russia with Indifference......

Russia doesn't have much going for it but the groovy, colorful Kremlin, some trippin' winter hats and clothing and jewels from days of your.

Brandishing my crystal beaded gauzy top from Free People intones a decadent Russian vibe.

I feel luxuriant. Dig it!

Lovely voile skirt by Nic and somebody. They make beautifully detailed garments.

Detail of embroidered peacock feathers and boots for trudging purposes.

Hmmmmmmmmm? Bread queue or throw myself under a train?

Diener First Friday

I'm having a show for Kristin Diener. You'll find this highly improbable , but I have one of the biggest collections of her magnificent art jewelry. Here are some of them. My plugging 80's Betsey Johnson top provides the ideal blank canvas.

Oh, and I have a skirt on also, which will elude memory entirely next to Kristin's pieces.

And the show begins...........

The end.

Matisse Redux.......

Have always thought this dress could have been a Matisse creation. Guess what, I have it on backwards. How modest of moi.

I'm certain I've worn this the correct way. You poor people..............
In addition I wore it sans leggings.   The horror, the horror and how much trampiness can I make you forbear?

Man, I sure hope this dress shrunk. Considerably! Leopard skin leggings, thank God.

Here's some additional leopard action for you.
Maybe I'm wearing a tall leopard top hat. Guess you'll never know.

I've seen a strumpet or too, but this one, incomparable.

Ain't Misbehavin"

Incredulous as it might seem, I was propelled to attire myself with a modicum of decency. Baffled, you inquire, "Why in heavens?" I had a young woman coming to interview me from Albuquerque Arts about our jewelers. Dig it!
Hence, I was forced to tone it down a tad. It's not like she was going to photograph me, that was never going to happen. But, after yesterday, I gave the uber tramp look a vacation. Dagwood doesn't even recognize me.

The belt that came with this was so staid and stupid I would have looked cotillion bound had I not chosen to mix it up, just a bit.

Back is sheer plunging to the waist, I can wear it either way.

My Jeffrey Campbell cheetah faux fur lace up pumps. The girl that interviewed me approved.

Warning don't get used to this look. It's only coming out if I have to behave. Wheeeee!

A wolf in sheep's clothing is still a tramp.

Concentrate on the Necklace.......

Now, I don't purposefully do this, but every time I put on a slinky dress at home it grazes a bit above the knee. I drive to work, get out of my car, start walking to the gallery and with each step it heads north toward by clavicle. Now this thing looks like a bathing suit! I keep tugging it down at every opportunity, but it's literally an uphill battle. My faux Leger, also known as the bandaid dress, gee, wonder why?

The necklace, yes, the clever necklace, is an old Susan Skinner piece that's features a heart, a taxidermied blue eye, and blue beads.

Little royal blue velveteen flat match my bathing suit. Awhhhhh.

There's a few descriptions for someone like her, all unfavorable............
