Georgie's gift from Chicago............

Georgie went to Chicago and bought me this killer Betsey Johnson opera length necklace. I adore the leather woven into the chain and the charms; a palm tree, a sparkly purple flower and a purple and green cobra! Dig it!

My top is kind of Grecian in nature, draped and loosely fit. Rippled seams are a nice touch.

This gossamer skirt has a plethora of delicate details. Embroidery on diaphanous layers, brown lace underskirt, gorgeous fabric.

Here's a pair of shoes that were lost in the inventory. Irregular Choice, British brand you can no longer get in the states. I was apprehensive about wearing them because they kind of look a bit cruel (no platform for padding, skinny heel) but they are actually working out. What a concept!

Yeah, cruel shoes........

Oops! What I wore Sunday..........

A smidge asleep at the wheel. Here's Sunday's ensemble.

Myriad of antique pins on this great pink denim jacket with many clever details.

Teal and fuchsia color blocked dress. Gloriously comfortable.

Sassy back action. My fuchsia faux snakeskin plats by Type Z are rockin' also but you've seen them a thousand times so forget it.

                         Yeah, forget it.

What I have on today..........

Oh, the dichotomy between one day and another. This dress is so innocent I look like Mary from "Mary's Little Lamb." So not me, but I bought it on line from Mod Cloth on sale and it was non-returnable. Hence the look that is so incongruous with my trampy personality. Karan Sipe necklace, this isn't her fault.

Black embroidered flowers and pearl bodice. AWWWW, nauseating cuteness abounds.

Whole thing. ZZZZZZZZZZZ

The only thing keepin' it real are these petroleum based platforms by Tuks. They only MAKE plastic shoes, it's their specialty. Dig it!

You suck today!

This is what I wore yesterday..............

VERY reckless top I bought at Off Broadway during their 80's sale. It's by Betsey Johnson and it plunges to the sternum. Not a problem in my department. I coquettishly hid the drama with this Voodoo-esque uber necklace by Kristin Diener.

Mini with fuchsia pockets. Dig it!

Pat plats with vicious cork heel. Kind of walking the line, no?

Tramp!!!!!

Over the Top Saturday...........

Another one of those days when you'll be thinkin' "What, is she going to, a coronation?" I couldn't help myself. Got caught up in glitter today.

Lorena Angulo copper and silver heart. Be still my heart.....

Boasting this ornate top, distant cousin, a thousand times removed, from the Tudor family.

Dreamy gold over black tulle ballerina skirt, it's in keeping with the royalty theme.

Damn, I dig these shoes, British brand, Irregular Choice. They don't carry them in this country any more. Our loss. I'm going to have fun waving demurely with my little gloved hand.

I'M GOIN" OUT!

Basically, I don't do a hell of a lot. Some movies, mostly reading.
But I've been invited to a MEMBERS ONLY soiree at the Albuquerque Museum so must
turn it up a notch. Dress made entirely of diaphanous voile circles on tulle. It's truly smashing.

Donning double cherry necklaces by Kristin Diener, handmade chains, I think the cherries are old glass. One I bought years ago, the other recently acquired.

Shoes you've seen a thousand times. So we'll forego the boredom. I can't wait to party!

                                              Yeah, party on, you deadbeat!

My outfit is too stupid to blog, but I've got a surprise!

                                              Welcome to my house! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
