Turquoise is the new black and white..........

Tempting little stacks of vintage Susan Skinner, two strand turquoise and coral, the other red wooden beads and turquoise. Yummy........

Turquoise cami and pebble printed sweater. Have you ever heard that thing about figuring out what a clothing piece costs per wear? Like if it's really expensive and you only wear it a few times then it's like $50 per wear. Well someone owes me about a million dollars on this sweater........

My black and white uber polyester pencil skirt, another that makes me walk my Morticia Addams.

Rounding out this ensemble are these ass kickin' turquoise faux gator pumps by Carlos.
They really are the same color, I swear!

Vivienne Westwood Sunday......

As I voiced yesterday, we're getting to pull out some stylish stock these days. Take for example my extremely magnificent Vivienne Westwood's double breasted jacket with tails. Divine dahling...........

Enriching the neckline is this ancient Anne Klein tear drop vermeil choker. Back in the day they probably used a pretty rich  karat gold as it was so inexpensive then.

Peaking out beneath my jacket is my leopard skin summer dress of sheer voile. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

If I make it through the day in these Colin Stuart kicks without breaking an ankle it will be a miracle. They are comfortable enough, but I'm walking slightly transvestite-esque. They are the only thing I can buy from Victoria's Secret. They don't stock training bras there, alas.

What to Wear with a Tulle and Pearl Skirt? Biker Boots and a Sweatshirt, Of Course!

Plethora of iris grey pearls, fem up this sweatshirt a tad. So fond of this temperate weather. Now you get to pull out some hibernating stuff.

Rib skimming grey clown dotted sweatshirt is a thrill to wear again. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Silk smocked wide waist on this ballet skirt in dreamy grey with vertical dusk pearls. What's not to love?

These biker boots are SO petroleum based they literally smell like gasoline! Dig it! Note to self.....must avoid matches at all costs.

T.G.I. First Friday..............

Phenomenal cascading beaded necklace in variating          evergreens.
This photo makes it difficult to discern that this frock is a drop waisted  evergreen jersey
with tulle bottom. It is more lovely or more comfy, I can't decide.

These Rocket Dog felt pumps are divine. Kind of 40's.
Enjoy drinking your face off at the opening!

Schleppage....Day 4

Day four of moving things from point A to point B. I've had a cast of incredible helpers, prevailing upon their kindness (and blood, sweat and tears). This will probably wear thin pretty quick!
Gussying up my dismal attire is this fab choker by Susan Skinner. Day of the Dead is imminent!
I'm not feeling this dress.......are you?

Playful blue floral leg thingys. What ARE these things called? I cosset these pale blue flats by Irregular Choice. They have embroidered angels on top. Ahhhhhhhhh.
Back to work with you, slacker!

Schleppage Ensues.........

Changing shows can be dastardly and last for days, not a time for 4" platforms and micro minis.......unfortunately.

Infusing a little glam into today's U Haul ensemble is this petite pin by Hollie Ambrose.

Not one to let heavy labor get in the way of my fashion sense, I chose this jaunty rig to keep the workload spirits up.

Mimicking my little polka dot leg thingys are these perforated leather shoe booties by Jump. Hey, it's hammertime.

Nice Clown Pants...............

I wore these Nanette Lapore trousers today as we're doing a lot of manual labor but boy, they are unflattering in the extreme. It's about the utilitarian bagginess.  God they're horrible though.

Try to keep your eyes averted and be charmed by this Wanda Lobito Lotteria necklace.
Ahhhhhhhh.....

Back to clown college with this shoes and socks combo. I refer to these as my Buddy Holly shoes.
Striped socks graze the cuff of my flood water pants. This isn't funny.
