Never Enough Tulle in Life........

Reiterating the fact that I'm ardently passionate referencing tulle, this somber hued empire waist frock of cotton knit; tulle lends a bit of sizzle. Certainly you are vexed that I'd call anything in this color amalgamation "sizzling". Concentrate on the tulle. Look how hard it's working!
